Description

Discover the Clos d'Agon project, strolling through the vineyards, learning about the history and philosophy of the estate. Round off the experience by tasting 5 of our wines. We take care of the vineyard as if it were a garden, working mainly by hand, trying to give it conditions that avoid treatments with synthetic chemicals. The plants are pruned during vegetative rest using a 'double Guyot' system without return thumbs. During vegetative growth, we work carefully, removing excess shoots, thinning, thinning clusters, and leaf stripping. We harvest the grapes manually at the optimal moment of ripeness, and then place them in stackable boxes with a capacity of 15 kg. Visit, taste, and discover the essence of a winery with a French soul and a Mediterranean climate.
