Description

The tour departs from the Tossa de Mar coach terminal in classic Land Rover Santana 4x4 vehicles with open tops. This immersive journey takes you off-road through forests and pristine landscapes, far from paved roads and buildings.

Along dirt and rocky paths, you will reach natural viewpoints showcasing the Costa Brava’s characteristic coastline where mountains meet the sea. The Sanctuary of Sant Grau d'Ardenya, a medieval structure rebuilt in the late 19th century, is a key stop, accompanied by the adjacent buildings once designed as a Parador Nacional.

You will also visit the ruins of the Mare de Déu de Gràcia hermitage, followed by the megalithic zone featuring dolmens, paradolmens, and menhirs dating back more than 3,000 years. Throughout the tour, your guide will share insights into Tossa de Mar’s history, including its ties to the cork industry.
