Description
The Solés Factory-Museum occupies the oldest salting factory building in L’Escala, updated for modern needs while maintaining traditional practices. It celebrates 130 years of Solés anchovy production through a museum with audio guides available in seven languages.
The visit presents the company’s history and anchovy production methods in an interactive format suitable for all visitors. It covers all stages of the anchovy processing and gastronomic preparations offered by the company.
The ticket price includes entrance to the museum and a tasting session of Solés products on the factory’s “Solés chill-out” terrace.
