Description
Begin your scuba diving adventure with a three-hour introductory session in Tossa de Mar, designed for beginners. You will learn how to use diving equipment, breathe underwater, and handle basic diving communication techniques under the supervision of an instructor.
The course follows safety regulations as outlined in Royal Decree 550/2020 and amended on 30/12/2025, maintaining a strict 1:1 instructor-to-student ratio for safety and personalized attention.
After training in a controlled environment, you will move to the beach to perform your first supervised open water dive at a depth of up to 12 meters, lasting approximately 40-45 minutes. Following the dive, you can shower, change, and receive your SSI Try Scuba recognition rating.

Important Information
- The activity operates rain or shine
- Wait at least 12 hours after diving before flying
- Not recommended for participants with heart, respiratory, ear, kidney conditions, pregnancy, recent eye surgery, or other pre-existing medical conditions
- Minimum age is 8 years; participants aged 8–15 require parental or guardian consent
- Indicate children aged 8–15 when booking
- All participants must complete a medical questionnaire provided by the diving center
- Arrive promptly; late entry is not permitted once the activity has started
