Untitled Wellbeing is a holistic wellbeing space at Carrer Rec de Sa Tuna in Begur, Girona, with a creative approach to personal growth and spiritual wellbeing. Its work brings together awareness, mindfulness, meditation, introspection and artistic expression in a setting designed for people exploring emotional healing and a more conscious relationship with themselves.
The venue’s Back to Basics programme is structured around five pillars explored over five months. The themes include intuition, self-love, spirituality, the inner child and the body, creating a framework for reflection and personal development. The programme is presented as a guided process for becoming more centred, authentic, loving and playful.
Vision board sessions form another part of the offer. These sessions use creative work and the energy of the chakras as tools for exploring the emotional world, with art connected to self-esteem, self-love and self-awareness. The approach is expressive rather than ritualistic, leaving space for individual interpretation and personal meaning.
Untitled Wellbeing also provides holistic therapies that address body, mind and personal patterns. The listed treatments include foot reflexology and acupressure, Access Bars and intuitive life coaching. Foot reflexology and acupressure focus on relaxation and revitalisation, while Access Bars uses gentle touch on energy points. Life coaching addresses limiting beliefs, purpose and practical tools for personal change.
La Casa is the venue’s Begur-based project for spiritual growth and evolution, conceived as a sensory wellbeing experience. Retreat activity includes awareness, mindfulness and vision board work, making the space suitable for people interested in structured reflection, creative exercises and a broader wellbeing journey. The atmosphere is centred on freedom, creativity and self-recognition rather than fixed rituals.
The creative side extends to a shop of handbags and accessories. Designs draw inspiration from the chakra concept and combine art-led messages, sustainable materials, hand-woven details and contemporary forms. Journaling is also part of the venue’s wider approach, supporting written reflection alongside meditation and creative practice.
Located on the Costa Brava in Begur, Untitled Wellbeing suits visitors seeking a therapy session, a guided retreat, a creative vision board experience or a considered approach to emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It also offers an option for browsing consciously made accessories connected to the same mindful design philosophy.
