Girona-Costa Brava Airport
The Girona-Costa Brava airportâs location, in the middle of the  region and 12 kms. south of the city of Girona, makes it easy to reach any of the coastal or inland towns quickly.
The airport is directly accessible from the AP-7 motorway and offers frequent and rapid connections by bus direct to the cities of Girona and Barcelona.
Single or return tickets to Girona or from Girona-Costa Brava airport cannot be bought on the bus. The counter to buy tickets is located on the right hand side outside the terminal.
Direct bus to Girona takes half an hour and stops at the Girona railstation in the Plaça España.
Direct bus to Barcelona takes 1 hour and 10 minutes and stops at the Arc de Trionf bus station. From there you can easily get to the city centre by metro, bus or taxi. Taxi ranks are located just outside the station.
From the central rail station in Girona you can connect to other towns and villages in the region by train.
Alternatively, cars can be hired from any of the main international car hire companies at the airport terminal.
Taking a taxi is another possibility and the taxi rank can be found at the exit to the terminal.
